I stopped by expecting them to be open later, but they had already closed earlier than I thought. It wasn’t a huge deal, and everything else was okay, but the hours could definitely be better. Did anyone else run into the same issue?

My order arrived late twice, which was frustrating. I’m not sure if this is a common issue or if I just got unlucky, but I’d be curious to know if others have had the same experience

I stopped in for dinner and I think I liked the vibe overall. It felt cozy, and the staff seemed relaxed. The music was good too, though once the place started filling up, it got kind of loud. Not a huge deal, but maybe something to keep in mind

The pizza was okay, nothing really to complain about there, but finding a place to sit was such a hassle. We had to stand around waiting, keep checking for open tables, and squeeze through the cramped space the whole time. It felt like way too much effort for a casual meal, especially if you’re with a group or there during a busy time.

We came with our kids, and the space felt a little too cramped to really relax or get settled, especially with everyone trying to move around. On top of that, the staff didn’t seem to have a whole lot of patience, which made it feel a bit stressful instead of comfortable. I could see this place being totally okay for adults grabbing a meal, but if I’m planning a family dinner with the kids, I probably wouldn’t be in a hurry to come back.

I ordered from Otto Portland the crust kind of ruined the whole thing for me. The edges were super hard, but the middle was weirdly chewy (and not in a good way). It really felt like it had been sitting around for too long. I get that some people are into thin crust, but this tasted more like dry cardboard than pizza. For the price, I was expecting a lot better. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

Ordered pizza from ottoportland.com the other night after realizing I had basically nothing in the fridge except mustard and half a seltzer. The toppings were really fresh, especially the veggies. They still had a nice little crunch to them, which I always appreciate because soggy peppers on pizza are the worst. Everything tasted great, and it made for a easy, happy dinner on the couch.
